Warranty Period
The warranty period for AVAPOW products is 12+12* (*exclusive to email subscribers) months. In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required to establish the start date of the warranty period.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason
You can fully refund your undamaged AVAPOW products purchased within 30 days without providing any reason. When we receive the returns and complete the inspection, the refund will be credited back to your account within 10 working days.
To get your refund successfully, you should know:
- Returns must include all accessories.
- Items must include original packaging.
- For non-quality-related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
- For non-quality-related warranty claims, AVAPOW refunds only the cost of the product itself.
- Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.
- The 30-day Money-Back Guarantee can only be requested within 30 days after you receive the products. To utilize the 30-day Money-Back Guarantee, please contact the channel where you placed the order.
Return Process
Step 1: Provide your order number via email service@avapow.net.
Step 2: Once we approve your refund request, you will receive our warehouse address where the product should be returned.
Step 3: You can expect to get your refund within 10 working days after we receive the returns.
Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
All quality-related defects of your products purchased from AVAPOW’s authorized distributors and retailers are covered by the 24-month warranty starting from the date when you receive the product. If you request a replacement, the replacement product will continue under the warranty of your original order.
- You purchased an AVAPOW product with a 24-month warranty and received it on 01/01/2022.
- After finding a quality-related defect, you requested a replacement on 02/01/2022.
- The warranty period of the replacement is still from 01/01/2022 to 01/01/2024.
The warranty is restricted to the country of purchase, meaning that you can only claim the warranty in the country where you purchased the product. Please feel free to contact us directly via service@avapow.com, whenever you find any defects in our products.
Shipping costs must be covered by buyers in the following situations:
- Returning products for any reasons other than a proven defect
- Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
- Buyer’s accidental returns
- Returning personal items
- Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase
- Lost or stolen products
- Items that have exceeded their warranty period
- Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
- Free products
- Repairs conducted by third parties
- Damage from external sources
- Damage resulting from misuse of products (including but not limited to falls, extreme temperatures, water exposure, or improper operation)
- Purchases from illegitimate sources
AVAPOW is not liable for:
- Loss incurred from the use of AVAPOW products
- Returning personal items sent to AVAPOW
When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by AVAPOW, AVAPOW takes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. When returning items for non-quality issues, the buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit.
